Aim to include a mix of up to 170 homes, industrial and agricultural units and shops. A one stop shop for the community it creates.

 

Sustainability at the Forefront

 

Our eco homes would be built to the highest specifications to be able to run off grid whilst being kept affordable to buy or rent.

These homes would go hand in hand with the Food Park meaning employees could live closer to their working environment thus saving them from long distance commutes.

The emphasis would be on affordable homes, running off grid and set in a natural environment encompassing the beauty of the area.

Green Clover Development has a vision for providing eco houses built with all the latest passive house technologies to include recycled materials, solar panels,
rainwater collection for plumbing and ground source heating.

The homes will be developed to blend seamlessly with the environment on which they stand, The long-term vision is to knit into locally sourced transport routes to enable families to get to schools, larger stores and amenities.

The Ecology of the Housing Project

 

Green Clover Developments will be working closely with specifically sourced contractors on the project and building work will only commence once all the relevant travel surveys, land drainage and ecological surveys have been completed in line with planning regulations.

The site will be designed to have a minimal impact on the area’s flora and fauna and the many wildlife species who inhabit the area – indeed wildflower meadows and trees will be planted together with the installation of bird and bat nesting boxes to encourage creatures to make the site their home too.
